After choosing your preferred townhome, you’ll complete an online application, submit the application fee(s) and holding deposit, and provide required documentation. Applications are reviewed based on income, credit history, rental history, and background checks. If an applicant is not approved, the holding deposit is refunded. Most applications are reviewed within one to three business days, depending on how quickly all supporting documents are received.

Pricing & Fees

Lawn care and snow removal services are included. All other utilities are not bundled into the rental rate. Residents are responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash, and optional services such as cable and internet. For a detailed utility breakdown, please contact our leasing office.

A non-refundable application fee of $50 per applicant is required, along with a holding fee that reserves your home during the approval process. Once approved, the holding fee is credited toward your deposit; if not approved, it is refunded.

Up to two pets are allowed per home. There is a $150 one-time non-refundable pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent per pet.
